I have been practicing and teaching Integral Asian medicine, Amma therapy, Holistic Nutrition and Herbs since 1994. I believe passionately that empowering self and others in forms of medicine and holistic living principles can create a healthier future for our planet and all beings on it. It is a joy and pleasure to be able to share my knowledge and wisdom.

My courses can be divided into three main levels

Level 1 - Shorter, stand alone classes for self help and personal knowledge. No prior knowledge of Chinese Medicine is necessary. 30 min-2 hrs. Prices free - $99.
Level 2 - Mini course or weekend work shop style courses. 2-6 week courses. $100- $399.
Level 3 - The Amma Apprenticeship - This is a 500 hr. professional certification program in Amma therapy, Chinese medicine, and holistic healthcare. Many of the courses in the Amma program may be taken individually. $400 - 8k.
