Awakening To Spring — Harmonizing With The Seasons
On demand, $75.
This is the first course in my Harmonizing With The Seasons Series. The course includes video presentations and a downloadable companion pdf, each course will look at one of the 5 Seasons of Chinese medicine and how you can embrace their qualities and blessings into your lives.
Living in greater harmony with the seasons is rewarding and empowering. It can provide us with a deep connection to our environment, our body, mind and spirit.
Each seasonal shift can be a poetic dance with its own rhythm and nature that we are invited to join and gain its blessings and virtues. Flowing against this rhythm or denying it can make us feel disconnected, lost, and give rise to common seasonal ailments.
By learning to recognize these shifts and how they manifest in our bodies we can be greater balance and harmony to ourselves and those around us.
I created this course using the principles and wisdom of Holistic Health, Integral Asian Medicine, Amma, herbs & nutrition, which have been the basis of my teaching and work for the last 30 years. I view Amma therapy and Asian medicine as a lifestyle practice and utilize its principles extensively in my everyday life and chosen career. My hope is that others will also learn and embrace these principles to benefit themselves and those around them.
This course is perfect for the beginner and the person who wants to refine their knowledge of holistic nutrition or Integral Asian/Chinese medicine. No prior knowledge of Chinese medicine or nutrition is necessary.
