Mentoring & Coaching
Since the early 90’s I have run schools, small therapy practices, and taught Chinese medicine, herbs and nutrition my skill set and knowledge is broad. I now offer these skills and knowledge to others in the form of mentoring and coaching.
Coaching and mentoring is highly personalized focusing on what you are seeking to learn or polish tools you already have. Whether you are an alumni seeking to learn precision point work or refine tongue and pulse assessment, or you are in other bodywork field wishing to learn cupping or gua sha techniques to western nutritionists who want to add the wealth of Asian food energetics to their skill set - I can help.
Therapy related - Learning or refining diagnosis and assessment skills including tongue and pulse, point location, and creating specialized treatment plans.
Business, Ethics & Administrative - Setting up your intake forms, booking and filing systems, HIPPA, and other admin mundaina that is often not a love of bodywork practitioners.
Promotions - Guidance in setting up websites, booking, social media and promotions.
I am also able to administer practical tests for those seeking membership in the AOBTA. Fees for mentoring and coaching average about $95/hour but can vary depending on what is desired, whether it is one on one or a small group setting. Discuss this directly with me.
Certificates for those needing PDA's and CEU's are available.
