We all face challenges and stressors in our lives that may cause us anxiety. These challenges may be small irritations that pop up, others may be of a severe enough magnitude that it alters our lives significantly.  

The purpose of this class is to help you recognize how you respond to times of stress and anxiety and to help you create or identify tools to help you navigate such times and create joy. Using 5 Element theory we will look at how thoughts and emotions may help or hinder us. Learn skills, points, herbs and foods to help you navigate times of stress or emotional overwhelm.
