This is a bite-size introduction to Holistic Nutrition, Chinese food energetics, the 5 Flavors, and  eating in harmony with the seasons. 

Perfect for the beginner or for those who already have a glimmer of holistic nutrition, food and herb energetics, Chinese/Asian medicine. No prior knowledge of nutrition or Chinese medicine is necessary.

Video 1 -  Chinese Medicine 101

A bite-size introduction to the major theories and terms that you need to know to start learning food energetics. This includes Yin & Yang, 8 Principles, Qi, Blood, Fluids, 5 Elements, & a glance at the organ systems.

Video 2 -  The Basics Of Food Energetics
Direction, temperature, action, flavor, organ system, doctrine of signatures (like begets like - understand types of foods and how they affect us).

Video 3 - Bitter - The Flavor of Summer & The Fire Element.

Video 4 - Sweet - The Flavor of Late Summer & The Earth Elemen.
