  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.  If the mixture is too thick, add water. Serve with sliced raw vegetables, whole grain crackers or grilled flatbread.
Recipe Notes

Highlights: Hummus is high in protein and fiber and helps to regulate blood sugar and ground.

Energetics: Neutral warming, slightly sweet and salty. This recipe nourish Qi, Yin and Blood.
