Hello all! I hope you and your families are all safe and well.

These are challenging times for us all, requiring us to make changes in many aspects of our lives. Personally, my family and I are safe, well, and continue to navigate life during a pandemic. I recognize we are fortunate – and I am ever aware that lives have and are being forever changed by this virus and the difficulties it has brought.  I hope we see a flattening of the curve soon.

On the professional front, I am making some huge changes – I am no longer at Pulse Holistic Health.

I have chosen to work on my own endeavors – it is simply time to move on.  I wish the best for the practitioners of Pulse. For the first time in 26 years, I will not be managing a school or therapy center and I’m very excited about this new chapter in my career. In fact, I’ve been working towards this over the last year.  I am teaching, mentoring and offering online consultations. I will also be offering some free, donation based  classes – so keep your eyes open for those.  This forced break in treatment is also allowing me to make progress on my e-book and my fingernails are simply fabulous!

When can I offer hands-on Amma Sessions? I wish I had a magic ball.  Social distancing is still mandatory and person to person contact is not safe.  I will not be offering hands-on Amma sessions or teaching in person until touch/contact is deemed safe.  For our protection, I will continue to follow the CDC, WHO and various massage and acupuncture organizations for regular updates and guidelines. We still do not know how this virus behaves, spreads, and how it may reoccur.  I do miss treating and seeing my clients and students in person, but for now we will have to settle with online chats.

When I do return to treating in person, I will be in a new location, somewhere in the North End. I’m exploring my options.  My schedule may have to shift depending on safety protocols.  I may have to space appointments farther apart to continue protect us all from the spread – I simply don’t know, yet.

As Grandma June wisely reminded me when I was younger, “We will just have to be patient and wait and see.”

I have new business phone number 208-918-1895.

I will answer it during regular business hours unless I am unavailable. You can also easily reach me via email or Facebook. Booking for online sessions are available through my Square appointments. As soon as I can offer hands-on sessions I will open those slots up on Square appointments, too.  I will be carrying a small inventory of herbs and supplements, choosing the formulas that I use the most from as sustainable of a source as possible. Onward!

I hope you have a wonderful week. For those of you who are suffering right now, I wish you comfort and support.

Be well – April
